Business Tower, Lusail City

Lusail City, Qatar · Mixed-use commercial building

Lead architect and design director: Basel Almisshal
Scope: Architecture, interiors and landscape
Client: Private investor

The privately commissioned design brings together street-level shopping, dining and public art space; business offices, coworking and shared offices; and one-, two- and three-bedroom residences. Communal spaces connect the stacked building volumes, while roof gardens and landscaped terraces extend outdoor greenery and are intended to reduce the urban heat-island effect.
